WCRR 2008 Congress has secured wide range of accommodations around the venue, COEX. If you are registered, special room rates will be offered for the participant of WCRR 2008. Reservations are on a first come first served basis, and participants are kindly advised to make hotel reservations before May 8, 2008. In the case of requests received after the deadline, the booking will not be able to guarantee room availability.

  • Depending on the availability of rooms, rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
¢Ã Deposit and Confirmation
To secure room reservation, all reservations must be guaranteed by deposit of one night payment or credit card information must be given. Please be assured that all hotel charges guaranteed by credit card information will be settled when checking out.
¢Ã Cancellation and Refund
  • Cancellations must be sent to the hotel. Cancellations can be made up until 2 days prior to arrival without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to arrival date will be subject to 1 night¡¯s accommodation charge.
  • All bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Please note that for administrative reasons, refunds will be made after the congress.
